This blogs aim is to write about (art) dolls. Though due to school it is likely I will neglect it after between five and ten posts. Though may be not; I guess we shall see.
I currently only have one doll that I like enough to use. I have a few Barbies in a drawer, but I'm no longer that keen on them. I find their bodies way too out of proportion. The one doll I have is a Makie, which is brilliant. Makies are the worlds first 3D printed toy and doll.

My Makies name is Moon, she is a multi media artist, I guess. I had a personality planned for her but now I have some better ideas I much prefer. I may do a more in detail post about that later. Moon's face-up is currently in the making, hopefully soon it will be done. As for pictures of Moon they'll probably turn up around the same time as the face-up gets finished. Which will, as I said previously, hopefully be soon.
Now, on to the main reason I started this blog. This blog was mainly started to document what I do with my art doll(s). This year (2014) I am hoping to start doing doll dioramas for my Makie(s) and I wanted to document that. I also think there isn't a lot of highly accessible information on Play-scale/1:6 dioramas. Not that some blog out of thousands is that accessible either. I also will probably have a go at making stuff such as furniture, clothes, etc. for my doll(s) as well.
In conclusion this blog is for me to look back on in a few years and reminisce. I sincerely hope you enjoy reading this blog. In fact I may do another post today, don't get use to it though.
